This page explains what personal information Always Booked collects on this site, why, who has access to it and how to exercise your rights under Quebec's Law 25. Last updated: October 10, 2026.

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number, business name and message.
- Call booking: when you book a 15-minute call, Calendly collects the information you enter (name, email, answers to questions) and the time you choose.
- Site analytics: only with your consent. Without it, no analytics tool is turned on.
We do not collect any other personal information through this site.
Why
- To answer your request and call or write you back.
- To prepare for and hold the call you booked.
- To send you a quote and, if you become a client, to do the agreed work.
- With your consent, to understand how the site is used so it can be improved.
Your information is not used for anything else, and it is not sold.
Who processes your information
These providers process information on behalf of Always Booked. They may store data outside Quebec.

How long
Messages received through the form are kept for up to 24 months, unless a business relationship starts. In that case, the information needed to provide the service is kept for as long as the relationship lasts. After that, it is deleted.
Your rights
At any time, you can:
- ask to see the personal information we hold about you;
- ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- withdraw your consent, for example to site analytics;
- file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.

Cookies and changes
No cookies are set without your consent, except those strictly needed for the site to work. Analytics cookies are only turned on if you accept them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
If this policy changes, the update date at the top of this page will change too.
