Why it matters

A site that brings in requests can quietly stop doing it: a form that no longer sends, the wrong opening hours, a promo that ended two months ago.

The care plan keeps that from happening. You send what needs to change, it is live within 2 business days, and every month someone checks that the path from visitor to your inbox is still open.

Limits and what is not included

A content change means updating text, photos, a promo, hours or prices. A new page or a redesign is not a content change: you get a price before I start.
The plan is optional. You own the domain and the site. You can host them elsewhere and make your own changes.
Month to month: you pay monthly and can stop whenever you want.

Is the care plan required?

No. You can host your site anywhere. The domain and the site are yours.

What counts as a content change?

Updating text, photos, a promo, hours or prices. Up to 2 a month, done within 2 business days.

What if my site breaks?

I fix it. Fixes are part of the plan, and the monthly check exists to catch problems before your customers do.

When does billing start?

On the day your site launches. Before that, you only pay for the site.

Can I cancel?

Yes. It is month to month. You keep your domain and your site.
